Yale community members who wish to use Cross Campus or Hewitt Quadrangle (Beinecke Plaza) must follow the policies and criteria outlined in the Use of Outdoor Spaces Policy. Except as provided in this policy, requests may be submitted only by registered student groups and organizations in good standing and university departments. Requests must be submitted at least three business days in advance via this webform . Confirmation and approval of the event from the Office of the Secretary and Vice President for University Life is required in advance of the event.
