Associate Director of Community Dialogue
Annie is the Associate Director of Community Dialogue, a role that spans both Restorative Practices and Cultivating Conversation. Annie is developing programs and activities to support the campus community in skillfully engaging in constructive dialogue across difference. Annie has over fifteen years of experience in higher education focused on peace building and constructive dialogue design and facilitation. Prior to Yale, her dialogue work centered around mental health, well-being, and viewpoint pluralism at the University of Virginia and the University of Maryland. She received her PhD in International Education Policy from the University of Maryland.
